Who we are

Syngram is a strategic product intelligence tool currently in private beta. This policy describes what information Syngram collects, how it is used, and the controls you have over your data.

Data we collect

• Account information — your name and email address, provided when you sign up.
• Google Analytics read-only access — when you connect Google Analytics, Syngram receives a read-only token under the `analytics.readonly` scope. Syngram only reads metric and event data — it cannot modify, delete, or write anything in your Google Analytics account.
• Product usage data — basic interaction data inside Syngram (pages viewed, actions taken) so we can improve the product.

How we use your data

Data is used solely to operate Syngram and display product metrics, KPIs, and insights inside your workspace. Connected analytics data is processed to build the dashboards, KPI mappings, and AI-generated observations you see in the app. Some product data, including text content used to generate embeddings and AI-assisted insights, is processed by OpenAI as a third-party AI provider. This data is used solely to power Syngram's features and is not used by OpenAI to train their models.

Google OAuth scope

Syngram uses a single Google OAuth scope: `https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly`. This scope grants Syngram read-only access to your Google Analytics properties. Syngram never requests write or administrative scopes. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

Sharing and third parties

Syngram does not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties. Data is processed by infrastructure and AI providers (including hosting, database, and OpenAI for embeddings and AI-assisted insights) strictly to operate the product and is never used for advertising or resale.

Data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing gonzalolusip@gmail.com. Requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe and confirmed by email.
