About Syngram
Syngram is a strategic product intelligence tool currently in private beta. By accessing or using Syngram, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Beta status
Syngram is provided as a private beta. Features may be incomplete, change without notice, or stop working. Functionality you rely on today may be modified or removed in a future release.
No guarantees
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Syngram makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to availability, uptime, accuracy of data, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Insights generated by AI within Syngram are observational and should not be treated as guaranteed or causal conclusions.
Your data and responsibilities
You are responsible for the data you connect, upload, or input into Syngram, including ensuring you have the right to share it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account.
Changes to the service
Syngram may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. Syngram is not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syngram and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
